Oh man, finally finished this beast! I was so worried I was biting off more than I could chew, but I pushed through anyway!

Ref sheet commissions are always a challenge - here's one I'm working on for my buddy Dex.

 

This is the Victorian Megalosaurus restoration - the OG scientific dinosaur restoration, the first dinosaur named and described - next to a contemporary interpretation. The Victorian design was immortalised at Crystal Palace as one of the first life size dinosaur restorations. Obviously very wrong by today’s knowledge, but remarkable for the time, and I love him. :)

 

Wanted to try illustrating the final boss scene in Sonic Adventure 2. Sketched this out last week on the iPad, but I think I'm gonna need to take it to the PC to finish after linework because it's gonna get complicated with lighting!
