I think this font works really well. The orange is perhaps too reddish. I like the faint suggestion of the dna strands in the bottom image. I am however slightly concerned that tiger portraits are in themselves very common and cliche, but I think a tiger's face is appropriate because it can convey emotion better. Dilema.
