I like it a looot, the inking is very nice with the line... weight... stuff, yes.
The hands look a bit strange to me though, you usually draw hands waaay better. Apart from the hands I think it's great, you've got that thing going on how it looks very simple, like it would be easy to do, when in reality it totally isn't.
Arrow is the only thing worthy of Sonic fanart these days.
