Finally, some actual work for the current uni project. Ink, pastel, watercolour, pencil... Just making a mess and seeing what happens really. Pit caves. Yes.

Already spent way too long on this...
Photoshop paint, from a photo on the wonderful tubephotos.com of a disused London Underground Tunnel. The London Underground seems the perfect source of visual and contextual research for my current uni project, but I also need practise with drawing enviroments. Two birds, one stone. Hurrar.

Went out to do uni project work yesterday. Whilst the 3 of us who went didn't actually draw anything related to the project, we took photos and did a lot of research and brain storming... So, I guess that's okay? We ended up sitting in Convent Garden chatting and listening to this busker, who we all drew...

This took FAR too long, (I think maybe something silly like 5 hours) but I think I'm getting a better idea of what I can acheive with Prismacolor markers. So yay. I think I used 11 different markers in this.
Is it just me, or does using markers feel similar to a hard semi opaque brush in photoshop?
